  • Shot Put (Gola Fek):
    • Male: Throw a 16-pound shot at least 15 feet.
    • Female: Throw a 12-pound shot at least 8 feet.

Physical Standard Test (PST)

  • Height (Male):
    • General / BC: 165 cm.
    • EBC / SC / ST: 160 cm.
  • Height (Female): 155 cm for all categories.
  • Chest (Male only):
    • General / BC / EBC: 81 cm (unexpanded) to 86 cm (expanded).
    • SC / ST: 79 cm (unexpanded) to 84 cm (expanded).
    • Note: A minimum 5 cm expansion is mandatory.
  • Weight (Female only): Minimum 48 kg is required.
