Job Responsibilities

Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B)

• Assist in research, design, and development of defence technologies.

• Conduct technical experiments and tests as per laboratory guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and technical data.

• Support engineers and scientists in analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation.

• Operate and maintain laboratory and technical equipment.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Technician-A

• Assist in the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of technical equipment.

• Perform routine testing and calibration of devices under supervision.

• Support the technical team in day-to-day laboratory tasks.

• Prepare technical reports and maintain records of tasks completed.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of equipment and materials.

• Technician-A: 10th pass with ITI certificate in relevant trade
