Selected candidates in HLL Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 will receive a basic pay of ₹40,000 per month plus DA during the training period. After successful training, they will be appointed as Deputy Manager with a pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 along with other allowances.
