Candidates must meet the following Physical Standards:
- Height:
- General/OBC Male: 165 cm
- SC/ST Male: 160 cm
- Female (all categories): 155 cm
- Chest (for males only):
- General/OBC: 81 cm (unexpanded), 86 cm (expanded)
- SC/ST: 79 cm (unexpanded), 84 cm (expanded)
- Running Test:
- Male: 1.6 km in 6 minutes 30 seconds
- Female: 1 km in 6 minutes
