You have to apply offline only.
- Download/print the application form given in the notification.
- Fill it neatly on A4 paper.
- Attach self-attested documents (educational, age, category certificate, etc.).
- Send it via Ordinary Post to the Commandant/Officer of the concerned unit where you want to apply.
