Applicants must upload:
- Recent passport-size color photograph
- Educational certificates & mark sheets (10th, 12th)
- Local residence certificate from Tahsildar and AWW in charge
- Caste certificate (ST) from local Tahsildar
- Aadhaar card
- Voter ID
- Anganwadi Centre house number proof
- Any other relevant certificates for preference points (widow, orphan, deserted, helpless women)
