During Training (Management Trainee period)
Basic Pay: ₹40,000/- per month (E-1 Grade Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 1,40,000).
Other Allowances: DA (currently 49%), HRA (18% at Goa), Perks (35%).
Annual CTC: ₹11.65 lakhs approx.
On Absorption as Assistant Manager (after successful training)
Pay Scale: Same ₹40,000 – 1,40,000 (E-1) with one increment.
Annual CTC: ₹15.40 lakhs approx.
Probation period: 1 year after absorption.
